The Starborough Smash

While always a tasty sip on its own, our versatile Starborough Sauvignon Blanc can also be enjoyed as part of a cocktail. Botanically inspired, the Starborough Smash uses fresh herbs and fruit to complement our crisp, layered Sauvignon Blanc. For entertaining, set out a variety of herbs, fruits and berries on a silver tray and let your guests discover their favorite flavor combination.

INGREDIENTS

3 oz. Starborough Sauvignon Blanc

3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Muddled Herb of Choice

Muddled Fruit/Berries of Choice

Example Garnish:

Grapefruit & Rosemary

Lemon & Basil

Apple & Sage

Mixed Berries & Thyme

Strawberry & Basil

Watermelon & Tarragon

Pear & Thyme

Peach & Mint

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle to incorporate. Add ice and lightly shake together to combine and chill. Double strain into a wine goblet or double old fashion rocks glass filled with crushed ice, then garnish with fresh herbs, fruit or berries.
